Kaley and Lauren will guide you through this enriching experience and help you embark on your path to becoming a certified yoga teacher.

We will hold space for this chat session at the Sacred Rising Yoga and Healing Studio. We will also Zoom, allowing you to join the meeting at your convenience. The meeting will be recorded and emailed to all attendees, so there is no pressure to stay for the full two hours.
